JORGE SANCHEZ
OWNER, FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
As a native of San Diego who has worked in the landscape industry since 1995, Jorge specializes in maintenance, design, plant selection, and hardscape. He is experienced in irrigation and water management. Jorge oversees entire company and customer service and relations as well as works directly with customers on bidding maintenance and installation projects. Jorge received his Associate’s degree in Arboriculture and Landscape Technology from Cuyamaca College.

ALFREDO SANCHEZ
VICE PRESIDENT OF LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
A native of San Diego who has been part of Watersedge since 2004, Alfredo attended Cuyamaca College, studying horticulture, plant identification, soils and turf management, irrigation design. He specializes in backflow, irrigation, turf management and pest management. Enjoys spending time with his kids and family, watching sports, camping trips and traveling.

HUMBERTO SANCHEZ
The man who inspired it all, he had a dream to do something better for his family and he did what he knew best, work hard. Born in Guadalajara Mexico, raised in Mexicali and Ensenada Baja California, immigrated to California in 1972. He first worked in a restaurant for 9 years then he entered the landscape industry as a crew member in 1981, here he learned the trade and showed his sons how to work in this industry. In 2005 he joined our team at Watersedge Landscape to assist in training our maintenance teams. He is the reason we were able to start this amazing journey that will continue to build his legacy for many years to come.

Born in Mexico, immigrated to San Diego in 2012. Has been part of our Watersedge team since 2012. Focuses on training landscape maintenance teams and quality control. He is our go to guy for everything landscape and assist all maintenance teams with anything that is needed to ensure quality service. Enjoys spending time with his family and camping.

Born in East Los Angeles, raised in LA and San Diego, CA. Has been part of Watersedge Team since 2020. Focuses on Managing our administration department and training our office personal to continue to grow and learn. Her background consists of child development, Family Law, Woman's Nutrition and customer service. She enjoys being a proud soccer mom, family time, Hiking, adventures and continuing to learn all things.

After finishing high school she entered the work force and has gained all her knowledge in different trades. Currently focused in learning business management and backflow certification side of the business. Has a passion for reading, exploring and learning anything and everything.
